We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support a range of HR projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to meaningful people-focused projects while developing core HR and project management skills.
Job Responsibility:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects across areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and process improvement
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for internal stakeholders
Organize and maintain project documentation and HR records using tools such as SharePoint
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates
Conduct research and data analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of projects
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing HR operations
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and contribute to project delivery
Proactive mindset with a strong drive for results
Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration/document management systems
Comfortable working with data and digital tools
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Previous internship or project experience (academic or extracurricular) is a plus
