We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, offering valuable industry experience and the opportunity to learn core HR practices.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the recruitment process by calling and coordinating with candidates
Screen and shortlist resumes from job portals based on role requirements
Update and maintain candidate test scores and other details on the HR portal
Support in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and recruitment-related reports
Contribute to other HR operational activities as needed
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in HR, Management, or a related field
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with candidates
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is an added advantage
