You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting administration activities for talent development related initiatives for the Cytiva team. This position reports to Director, Talent Delivery and is part of the Talent Management team within Cytiva Human Resources. The position is located in Amersham, UK and will be an on-site role.
Job Responsibility:
Support coordination and execution of leadership development programs to ensure course readiness, including scheduling, materials and communication with broader team to maximise participation
Collaborate with Talent Delivery and local HR Business Partners to support program execution, identify business needs and understand impact of formal learning
Undertake learning opportunities as presented to improve your working knowledge within a Talent Management Centre of Excellence
Requirements:
You are currently studying or enrolled to study HR, business or related field. Recent graduates may also be considered
You need to be comfortable with technology and using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms) and working with data (Excel skills desirable)
Strong organisational skills, customer mindset, attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple activities
Nice to have:
Previous internship or project experience in HR, learning, or administration
