You will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy & Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics.
Job Responsibility:
Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review)
Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)
Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings
Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation
Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs)
Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes
Requirements:
University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in both Italian and English
Interest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisations
Nice to have:
Experience with additional tools is a plus
Previous experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus
