Job Responsibility
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or a related field
An interest in pursuing a career in HR
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multitask and be organised
Strong attention to detail
Empathetic and able to build effective relationships with a client service focus
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters
Demonstrated Christian commitment and are an active member of a church
