This internship is a hands-on, developmental role designed to support two core areas of HR: Benefits and Talent Operations. The intern will gain exposure to global HR programs, systems, and processes while contributing meaningful analytical, administrative, and project-based work. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive student who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and interested in a career in Human Resources.
Job Responsibility:
Benefits Support (50%): Benchmark benefits programs through market research and analysis
Support the development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to evaluate benefits vendors
Assist in managing the RFP process, including vendor coordination and documentation
Review and analyze vendor responses and summarize findings
Create cost–benefit analyses and draft recommendations for leadership
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Global Benefits Team
Assist program managers by researching benefits-related questions, reviewing policies and plan documents, and summarizing findings
Support documentation cleanup and organization related to benefits programs and processes
Talent Operations (50%): Support intern and new graduate recruitment activities
Order, organize, and prepare career fair and campus recruiting materials
Research and identify school events and engagement opportunities to strengthen university partnerships
Provide support for HR technology tools and vendors by documenting issues, tracking requests, and validating resolutions
Assist with testing and implementation of system updates, new releases, and process improvements
Support HR and Talent projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation
Provide recruiting operations support, including assistance with candidate sourcing and pipeline activities
Maintain and update Talent-related process documentation and job aids to ensure accuracy and consistency across regions
Analyze recruiting data and metrics to support reporting and dashboard insights
Support vendor management activities, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and documentation of key outcomes
Cross-COE & Administrative Support: Support general documentation cleanup and continuous improvement initiatives across HR COEs
Requirements:
Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
