Job Description:

You will join the wider HR Operations, Policies & Employee Relations team, made up of experienced HR experts working closely across countries. In Czechia, the team has 11 colleagues (including a Team Leader and HR BP). In the HR Integrator role, you will join four Czech colleagues, replacing one of them. You will also work very closely with 10 colleagues in Bulgaria. We operate as one team: we share cases, align on next steps, consult each other, and co‑create improvements across countries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support leaders with everyday people topics
  • Act as the HR partner for internal clients
  • Help employees understand their options around development, performance, transfers, or personal changes
  • Make HR policies work in real life by turning rules into simple steps
  • Support leaders in handling sensitive situations respectfully
  • Collaborate online every day, sharing updates, aligning next steps, and joining cross‑border projects
  • Use English daily (spoken and written) and work in short cycles, checking feedback and adjusting solutions as needed (Agile)
  • Work on job and pay topics: updating job descriptions, checking whether roles match real work, and giving structure to remuneration discussions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of broad HR or leadership experience
  • Advanced English
  • Understanding of the Czech Labour Code (or willingness to strengthen it quickly)
  • A calm, mature approach to sensitive topics
  • Analytical thinking and ownership of tasks
  • Interest in modern HR and new technologies
  • Confidence with O365 tools
