Job Description:

Combining HR systems knowledge & Project Management skills to be the key representative for the People & Culture team in ensuring that the implemented version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets current and future functional requirements. Participate in workshops with Microsoft partner Delaware & ensure system designs align with requirements. Lead the co-ordination of internal HR subject-matter experts (SME's).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the successful planning and cleaning of HR data to ensure it is ready for migration
  • Ensure payroll & pension integration (seamless interface between Dynamics 365 & Itrent)
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementation
  • Create user guides covering core areas/processes
  • Be the key interface between IT & external partners
  • Design & streamline HR system processes
  • Co-ordinate P&C SME's to ensure workstreams stay on track
  • Ensure P&C team are prepared for the transition and feel supported throughout

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR integration/Implementation projects
  • Proven PM experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR implementation
  • Itrent integration expertise
  • HR systems knowledge
  • Project Management skills
