Be the expert who brings Ciphr’s HR platform to life. We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers - helping them unlock the full potential of Ciphr’s HR platform. You’ll deliver expert advice, configure solutions to fit each organisation, and make sure every implementation is a success from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their unique requirements
  • Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes, ensuring every system is optimised for success
  • Produce clear implementation specifications and reports
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice, bringing fresh thinking to every project

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of HR processes, trends, and legislation
  • Software implementation experience
  • Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects with high levels of complexity, based on a range of customer requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • A proactive work ethic and can-do attitude
  • An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience
