Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager - HRIS, the HRIS Analyst aids the HR Teams in using our HRIS system and other technologies correctly, addressing and resolving issues. The candidate should be passionate about helping others, an effective communicator, and possess strong system skills for quick problem resolution.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security
  • Analyze HR data within SuccessFactors to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Support SuccessFactors system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
  • Provide technical support and training to HR users on SuccessFactors’ functionality
  • Manage compliance with relevant HR policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements
  • Conduct periodic data audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Develop and implement data security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive HR data
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for evaluating the data security and compliance implications of new technologies and systems
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure new technologies comply with relevant regulations and security standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of overall HRIS or IT Support experience with a proven track record of assisting with resolution to regular problems
  • Functional contributor to system enhancements and changes
  • Release Management and integrations experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills
  • Experience with an HRIS System – SuccessFactors preferred (required)
  • Handling service requests and incident using ticketing system with promptly responding on issues within defined SLAs
