We are looking for an experienced HR/HCM Consultant to join our team remotely. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to provide expert guidance on Human Capital Management systems, ensuring effective implementation and use. Job Responsibility:
Guide the HR team in effectively utilizing the Human Capital Management system
Provide mentorship on best practices within HR processes and system functionalities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for HR staff
Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Analyze and resolve system-related challenges to improve operational efficiency
Facilitate system integration and data management processes
Create detailed documentation to support system configuration and usage
Offer strategic advice on optimizing HR workflows through technology
Assist in the development of business requirement documents to meet organizational needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Human Capital Management or similar systems
Expertise in system configuration and management
Proven ability to train and mentor HR teams effectively
Strong knowledge of compliance standards and industry regulations
Experience in creating business requirement documents
Proficiency in human resources software and management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
