Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process for technical, operational, and administrative roles—including drafting job postings, managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
Act as the primary liaison for staff inquiries and concerns while mediating conflict resolution and implementing strategic initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and workplace morale
Maintain comprehensive employee records and oversee timekeeping systems—including attendance, leave, and overtime—while preparing verified data for payroll processing and developing HR dashboards to support management in strategic decision-making
Facilitate the administration of performance appraisal cycles while identifying workforce training needs, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring all professional development and compliance records are meticulously documented
Oversee the enrollment and day-to-day administration of benefits programs while supporting salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to maintain organizational competitiveness and ensuring all employee status changes are processed accurately within the HRIS
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies while leading the preparation for internal and external audits and drafting necessary updates to HR manuals and procedures to maintain high regulatory standards
Requirements:
Up to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Very good knowledge of MS Office, and the use of LinkedIn and other relative platforms. Digital skills.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
