We’re looking for a highly motivated, inquisitive, and people-centered Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team and support our growing team of 350+ employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, who cares deeply about employee wellbeing, enjoys understanding the “big picture,” and is eager to grow their HR career. You will play a hands-on role in daily HR operations while also contributing to broader HR strategy and initiatives. Working closely with the HR Assistant and Director of HR, you will be a trusted partner for leaders and employees across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support and administer key HR programs including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
proactively recommend process updates to support ongoing compliance
Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives
Collaborate with the HR Assistant and Director of HR to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR operations
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with audits or data requests
Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
Requirements:
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate, sales, or operations environment
Strong working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance standards
A compassionate and trustworthy professional who genuinely cares about employee wellbeing
Inquisitive and big-picture thinker who seeks to understand not just “what,” but “why”
Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Paylocity experience is a plus)
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
