We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner with over 8 years of experience to partner closely with leadership and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives across various functions including PMS, OD and Center of Excellence (COE).
Job Responsibility:
Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to understand business needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support growth and operational excellence
Talent Management: Lead talent planning and development initiatives to build high-performing teams aligned with business goals
Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems, competency frameworks, and succession planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including process improvements, restructuring, and strategic transformations
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, compliance, payroll, and other HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Center of Excellence (COE): Partner with COE teams to embed best HR practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support innovation
Leadership Development: Identify leadership potential, implement development programs, and coach managers to enhance their capabilities
Requirements:
8+ years of HR experience with a strong background in HRBP roles
Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Expertise in talent management, performance management, and organizational development
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards

Experience supporting technical, operational, and managerial functions is a plus
