Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and performance support
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and HR policies
Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts
Maintain HRIS accuracy and prepare HR reports
Advise managers on performance management and corrective action
Requirements:
4–6 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of California labor laws
Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees
