Job Description:

We’re seeking a contract HR Generalist to join a dynamic team in Fresno. This role offers a chance to support core HR functions in a collaborative environment. Perfect for someone with a strong HR foundation who enjoys handling a variety of responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Help administer benefits and leave programs
Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures
Support recruitment efforts as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role preferred
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Comfortable handling confidential information
Proficiency with basic HR systems or MS Office Suite
