Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team
  • Delivering data that accurately reports retention and attrition, absenteeism, track probation leaves, protective leaves and ultimately ensure data integrity
  • Maintain discipline in following HR SOPs end‑to‑end and escalate any breaks in process immediately to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely action
  • Absence Management: Manage sick leave certifications, annual leave reports, and return-to-work processes
  • Assisting with performance issues, employee relations matters and day to day queries
  • Compliance documentation and right-to-work checks
  • Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner
  • Leading engagement initiatives, wellness programmes & coordinating events to further promote an inclusive environment
  • Benefits & vendor coordination
  • Other HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen team player
  • Experience working with HRIS systems & excellent MS Office / Excel skills
  • Ability to generate & interpret HR metrics including turnover, time to hire and engagement
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Third level degree qualified (HR), or other Business-related degree.
