Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage employee relations by addressing concerns and ensuring workplace harmony
Facilitate onboarding processes to welcome and integrate new hires into the organization effectively
Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Manage benefit programs, including enrollment and employee inquiries
Utilize HRIS platforms to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes
Ensure consistent communication of organizational policies and updates to employees
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
Knowledge of benefits management and employee support
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience in creating and delivering training programs
