Proactive and experienced HR Generalist needed for 6-month fixed-term contract offering exposure across all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR systems
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including applications, interviews, and onboarding
Administer employee benefits and support staff with queries
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support internal engagement initiatives including newsletters, surveys, and recognition programs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is desirable
