HR Generalist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including applications, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits and support staff with queries
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support internal engagement initiatives including newsletters, surveys, and recognition programs

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is desirable
