We’re currently seeking an HR Generalist for short-term coverage support. Looking for someone professional, organized, and experienced in handling a variety of HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with employee relations and HR inquiries
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Support recruiting and interview scheduling
Assist with benefits administration and compliance tasks
Requirements:
Previous HR Generalist or HR support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Knowledge of HR policies and compliance practices
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
