HR Generalist

• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource to employees and management by addressing workplace inquiries and facilitating resolutions
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires
• Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing employee performance and development initiatives
• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including timely handling of forms, documentation, and reporting
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, answer questions, and coordinate annual enrollment processes
• Policy Development: Collaborate on creating and updating HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and legal standards
• Training & Development: Support or develop staff training programs to promote career growth and organizational success
• HR Reporting & Metrics: Analyze HR data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
