Job Responsibility:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing inquiries
Handle high-volume invoicing and ensure timely processing of payments
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies
Support payroll processing activities and verify data entry accuracy
Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures
Monitor and improve office operations to ensure efficiency
Coordinate with external parties for public works projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role
Strong skills in handling high-volume invoicing processes
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
Familiarity with benefits administration and recruitment practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
