Our client in the Edison area is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team! As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the right hand to leadership, supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Job Responsibility:
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care
Administer employee benefits and insurance programs
Run and analyze HR reports
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal communications
Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
4+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
Solid understanding of benefits and HR compliance
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fully in-office environment
