Our company is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support core human resources functions and drive employee engagement across the organization. Job Responsibility:
Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and consistency
Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee orientation
Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution
Oversee benefits enrollment, performance management, and training initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems
Assist with payroll processing and compensation reviews as needed
Support organizational development, employee engagement, and retention activities
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools
High school diploma required
bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
