We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. As part of a long-term contract position, you will contribute to creating a supportive and efficient workplace environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Job Responsibility:
Address and resolve employee concerns related to workplace issues, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates, and oversee onboarding processes for new team members
Implement engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration within the business unit
Support performance management processes by preparing reports, facilitating training sessions, and assisting in salary planning
Organize and coordinate learning and development programs to foster employee growth
Participate in HR-related special projects, collaborating across business units or with corporate HR teams
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data to ensure compliance and efficiency
Uphold and promote the company’s values, mission, and ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits
Familiarity with HR plans, programs, and procedures, as well as federal and state employment regulations
Proficiency in HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information
Experience with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of onboarding processes
Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and workforce relations
