We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. Job Responsibility:
Assist with incoming HR responsibilities and provide support to the HR team
Learn and adapt to internal HR processes while ensuring compliance with company standards
Utilize HR systems effectively to update and maintain accurate employee information
Manage benefit functions, including enrollment and employee communication
Address employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Support HR administration tasks, including documentation and policy updates
Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and processes
Stay engaged and maintain strong communication in a remote work environment
Provide input on HRIS system enhancements and ensure data integrity
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on generalist responsibilities
Familiarity with modern HR systems, such as Workday or similar platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools
Knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance
Demonstrated ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments
