We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, HRIS updates, and performance management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at balancing administrative excellence with employee support.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits, FMLA, and leave of absence programs
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Manage HRIS data and prepare HR reports for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
