We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will partner with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Administer benefits and assist with payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Assist with performance management and training initiatives
Support policy updates and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
2+ years of HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
