Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable organization to identify an experienced HR Generalist who can support a wide range of HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership
  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Nice to have

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
