Job Responsibility
Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership
Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Nice to have
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
