We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Blacklick, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
Oversee the leave management process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Administer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
Manage benefit programs and provide support to employees regarding enrollment and inquiries
Update and maintain the employee handbook to reflect current policies and practices
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and generate reports
Collaborate with management to design strategies to enhance employee engagement
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR-related matters
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functions
Experience managing onboarding and benefits processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
