We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key human resources functions, including benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employee relations. The position involves collaborating with remote employees and supporting organizational compliance initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee benefits administration processes, ensuring timely payments and proper management
Facilitate onboarding documentation and processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions
Manage access credentials and account logins for HR systems, maintaining security and accuracy
Provide guidance for remote employee relocations, addressing HR-related adjustments as needed
Update and maintain the employee handbook to ensure compliance with current policies and regulations
Support employee performance reviews, including assistance with pay raise evaluations
Collaborate on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment
Utilize HRIS systems to manage and track employee information efficiently
Assist with various human resources administrative tasks to support organizational needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration and employee relations
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefits administration
Familiarity with HRIS systems and managing employee data
Ability to navigate employee relocation scenarios and provide HR-related solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience in updating policy documents and handbooks
Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
