We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist for a Germantown, WI area organization. This role will focus on supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees
Address employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and other HR matters in a timely and thorough manner
Support leaders in handling performance management processes and providing guidance on employee development
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist with employee relations initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture
Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Participate in the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Provide support in resolving workplace conflicts and mediating disputes when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and leadership
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in HR software and systems to manage employee records and recruitment workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
