We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance — playing a key part in building a positive and productive workplace culture across our portfolio of managed properties, including Bay Harbor Golf Club and Crooked Tree Golf Club.
Job Responsibility:
Help manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and extending offers
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Administer and maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws
Assist with payroll processing and address payroll-related inquiries
Support employee engagement and retention programs
Maintain Monthly Newsletters, Internal Communication, and Recruitment Materials
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development initiatives
Support learning and development programs, including training coordination and tracking
Requirements:
Achieved at least an Associates Degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
