Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program
  • Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience
  • One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS
