Job Responsibility:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring all required documentation and systems are updated accurately
Manage employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and leave policies
Collaborate with benefits vendors and coordinate annual open enrollment activities
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries about policies, procedures, and employment practices
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities
Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational processes and employee experience
Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration
Proficiency in managing onboarding processes and maintaining HR systems
Strong knowledge of employee benefit programs and administration
Experience using HRIS systems to streamline HR functions and reporting
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and leadership
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
