Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits and oversee benefit administration
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
Maintain data integrity in HRIS and support related projects
Manage performance management programs and assist with employee relations
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
Support HR initiatives including training, engagement, and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and HRIS platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Understanding of leave of absence policies and compliance requirements
