Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to plays a pivotal role in supporting employees and management teams across a variety of HR functions. Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits, FMLA, and leave of absence programs
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Manage HRIS data and prepare HR reports for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
