Job Responsibility:
Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations, HR questions, and guidance
Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Administer HR programs including benefits, performance management, and leave management
Ensure compliance with federal, state (PA), and local employment laws
Partner with leaders to support engagement, culture, and talent development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and policy updates
Requirements:
2–5 years of HR Generalist or well-rounded HR experience
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Excellent communication skills—you build trust easily
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
