Job Responsibility:
Handling HR administration tasks and maintaining employee records to ensure information is accurate and secure
Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation
Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related forms to ensure information is accurate and complete
Collaborating with managers to address HR needs and provide administrative support
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources with minimum 5 years of experience within HR
Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources
Must have skills with compliance and labour law, particularly in Connecticut, US is preferred
Strong administrative skills within both HR and other administration are preferred
Fluent in English is a must
Nice to have:
Knowledge in systems like “Workday” and “Dayforce” is a plus
Spanish and other languages is a plus
