Job Responsibility:

  • Handling HR administration tasks and maintaining employee records to ensure information is accurate and secure
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation
  • Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related forms to ensure information is accurate and complete
  • Collaborating with managers to address HR needs and provide administrative support
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources with minimum 5 years of experience within HR
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources
  • Must have skills with compliance and labour law, particularly in Connecticut, US is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills within both HR and other administration are preferred
  • Fluent in English is a must

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in systems like “Workday” and “Dayforce” is a plus
  • Spanish and other languages is a plus
