Job Description:

Dynamic HR Generalist role to join a fast-growing company near Eugene, Oregon. Play a critical part in managing employee leaves while contributing to the overall success of the organization's HR department in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves (FMLA, disability, personal leave, etc.)
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave policies, procedures, and resources
Maintain accurate leave records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards and company policies
Contribute to refining leave and accommodation policies to support organizational growth and employee well-being
Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure leave impacts are addressed seamlessly

Requirements:

2+ years in human resources
Knowledge of leave management, benefits, or compliance preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail
Familiarity with state and federal leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OFLA)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Demonstrated commitment to employee support and welfare
