In this role, you will play a key part in managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. Job Responsibility:
Address and resolve employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate communication and execution
Manage onboarding processes to provide new hires with a seamless integration into the company
Maintain and update HR records and documents using HRIS systems
Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Monitor and evaluate HR processes to identify areas of improvement
Assist in the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR policies
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and benefits administration
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
