We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee essential human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee support while maintaining a collaborative and welcoming workplace environment. This position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to engage directly with employees and candidates, with occasional travel for HR-related events.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized documentation
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, such as preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires
Oversee pre-employment procedures, including background checks and reference verifications
Support HR administrative tasks, including updating employee records, maintaining files, and preparing reports
Address employee inquiries with professionalism and provide timely solutions to support their needs
Assist in implementing HR programs, engagement initiatives, and compliance efforts
Contribute to benefits administration, performance management processes, and other HR functions as needed
Participate in occasional travel for recruiting events, job fairs, or other HR-related activities
Foster positive relationships within the organization by promoting a collaborative and supportive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, or administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and detail-oriented demeanor
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all HR processes
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and with discretion
Willingness to travel occasionally to support HR-related activities
