HR Generalist

• Manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Conduct onboarding activities, including orientations for new team members and handling necessary paperwork
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
• Assist in processing payroll using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and distribute benefits materials, as well as manage open enrollment processes
• Address and resolve employee relations matters, promoting effective communication and collaboration
• Facilitate open communication between employees and supervisors to strengthen workplace relationships
• Support recruitment efforts, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or recruiting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a stable and consistent job history
• Knowledge of employee relations and engagement strategies
