Job Responsibility:
Oversee employee relations, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
Manage onboarding processes to welcome and integrate new hires into the organization
Administer benefits programs, providing employees with clear guidance and support
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company values
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations
Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR-related matters
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through regular audits and updates
Promote a positive workplace environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in a human resources role
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
