Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Roxbury, Massachusetts. As part of the Higher Education sector, you will play a key role in managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing workplace concerns and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and offering support to employees
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
