Job Responsibility:

  • Implement HR business strategies aligned with company goals and collaborate with middle management to define HR priorities supporting growth and high-performance culture
  • Maintain employee records, manage hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations documentation, ensuring data privacy and security
  • Execute talent acquisition strategy: manage full recruitment cycle, promote employer brand to attract top talent
  • Facilitate onboarding: coordinate orientation, ensure paperwork completion, support new hires’ acclimation
  • Oversee employee relations: ensure fair policy application, provide guidance, mediate conflicts, foster positive inclusive culture
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives: recognition programs, surveys, communication to boost morale and teamwork
  • Support organizational change management: assist managers and employees for smooth transitions and readiness
  • Execute succession planning: identify and develop high-potential talent, create development plans with management
  • Implement people development programs promoting learning, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • recommend changes to attract and retain talent
  • Implement performance management: goal setting, reviews, feedback, training managers to develop teams effectively
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, share best practices, and foster collaboration and inclusivity

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Turkish - minimum B2 level
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years)
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of modern staff assessment tools
  • Experience in the creation of personnel development programs and in updating of career growth models
