Job Responsibility:
Implement HR business strategies aligned with company goals and collaborate with middle management to define HR priorities supporting growth and high-performance culture
Maintain employee records, manage hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations documentation, ensuring data privacy and security
Execute talent acquisition strategy: manage full recruitment cycle, promote employer brand to attract top talent
Facilitate onboarding: coordinate orientation, ensure paperwork completion, support new hires’ acclimation
