Job Responsibility:

Implement HR business strategies aligned with company goals and collaborate with middle management to define HR priorities supporting growth and high-performance culture
Maintain employee records, manage hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations documentation, ensuring data privacy and security
Execute talent acquisition strategy: manage full recruitment cycle, promote employer brand to attract top talent
Facilitate onboarding: coordinate orientation, ensure paperwork completion, support new hires’ acclimation
Oversee employee relations: ensure fair policy application, provide guidance, mediate conflicts, foster positive inclusive culture
Implement employee engagement initiatives: recognition programs, surveys, communication to boost morale and teamwork
Support organizational change management: assist managers and employees for smooth transitions and readiness
Execute succession planning: identify and develop high-potential talent, create development plans with management
Implement people development programs promoting learning, growth, and continuous improvement
Manage compensation and benefits programs
recommend changes to attract and retain talent
Implement performance management: goal setting, reviews, feedback, training managers to develop teams effectively
Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, share best practices, and foster collaboration and inclusivity

Requirements:

Knowledge of English, Russian and Turkish - minimum B2 level
Proven experience as an HR Generalist (2+ years)
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Knowledge of modern staff assessment tools
Experience in the creation of personnel development programs and in updating of career growth models
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Self-motivation and energy
Result-oriented mindset
