Robert Half is partnering with a local organization to identify a knowledgeable and hands‑on HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day human resources operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being involved across the full employee lifecycle and serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.
Job Responsibility:
Support core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and HR programs
Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and new‑hire onboarding
Administer HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
Assist with compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local employment laws
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and communication materials
Partner with leadership on special HR projects and process improvements
Requirements:
2–5+ years of HR Generalist or broad HR experience
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems and strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
SHRM‑CP or PHR a plus, but not required
