To operate the daily functions and operations of the Human Resource, administer pay, benefits, and leaves. To provide necessary assistance and cooperation with line managers in respect of interpreting and applying the HR instructions and vision.
Job Responsibility:

Provide necessary assistance and cooperation with line managers in respect of interpreting and applying the HR instructions and vision
Maintain and update employees’ records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating on the HR database and issue regular reports as required
Process the monthly payroll, overtime & attendance of the employee in the sector
Handle Sector’s hiring requests and conducting initial interviews for blue collars
Update job description for the concrete sector if required
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Follow up on the new hire probation period and coordinate with the HQ in case of any registration in order to schedule an Exit Interview
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of any discipline
Previous experience in same role not less than 3 years
HR Diploma is a plus
Strong Negotiation, Time Management & follow up skills
