We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a busy onsite human resources team in Irving, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, handles sensitive information with care, and brings strong written communication and advanced coordination skills to daily operations. The position focuses on documentation, audits, employee communications, and cross-functional HR support while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, update, and organize standard operating procedures to improve consistency across HR activities and support evolving team needs
Conduct recurring audits of HR records and data to help maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up on outstanding items
Prepare and distribute high volumes of employee letters and related documentation using digital tools and structured upload processes
Partner with HR business partners and internal departments to clarify workflows, gather information, and support day-to-day HR administration
Create and maintain presentations, reports, and written materials using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Manage multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced onsite setting with shifting priorities
Handle confidential employee and business information with discretion and sound judgment in all communications and processes
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize data and learn new reporting tasks quickly
Experience creating process documentation, written procedures, or other operational reference materials
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, along with exposure to DocuSign and SharePoint
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing clear and well-structured documents and presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to manage competing deadlines successfully
Prior experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar human resources support role
