We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role will play a vital part in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
Oversee benefit programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting employee inquiries
Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper system functionality
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to align with company goals
Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends for leadership review
Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing candidates as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution techniques
Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
Experience managing benefits programs and handling employee inquiries
Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
